Obamacare is Obama's Schecther

In the '30s, another famous liberal, FDR was handed a major setback to his agenda by the Supreme Court.  In Schechter Poultry Corp v. United States, the Supreme Court ruled certain mandates on individuals and corporations initiated by the President and Congress were unconstitutional.   This case was the first of many that sparked a frustrated FDR into trying to stack the Court.  As we all know, he failed in this effort and his broad socialist agenda was slowed.  Nevertheless, many government programs were implemented with modest price tags and glorified benefits that have proven to be something other than what was promised.  Over the next two years, Obamacare will be challenged in the courts with a very good possibility this intrusive and economically destructive program will be limited or even struck down.  We can only hope, and send money in support of the challenge.
